I was reading that you were bothered by the default faucet changing. I think ANY collusion to ensure anyone default faucet is questionable.

So on that note, who should the default faucet be now? And in a year? And in 5 years?

Answering that makes the immediate change less important to me, but ensuring it works would certainly be advisable. So I understand your frustration there.
