What is happening to Bitconnect coin? I've just got up to see it's value drop from a high of £104 to approx £0.37 and recover. Currently sitting at approx £85 (down 15%). What did I miss?

Thanks but that doesn't really help. The site is still effectively down as no one can access anything. If they have run everyone has lost. If they have been hacked badly, they won't recover. The best anyone can hope for is that it was a minor hack, but the rate that BCC dropped suggests it was a lot of coin that was dumped, either by them or by a hacker. The prices of amonomous coins like zcash has rocketed, suggesting the proceeds have been laundered and are gone.
Time will tell but it's bad news whether they are scamming or not
Dude it's fully back operational!!! just that BCC wallet is blocked for 30 min though. You experience the same?

how can they guarantee a 1%+ gain a day...everyone would be rich very quick..you cant guarantee any return with no loss
It looks like they can't! Unless this is just technical issues etc in which case anyone who bought at the bottom will be rolling in it.

STOPFor me I stay far away from BCC. it is a game where more people are guaranteed to lose than win. at least with steemit, everyone can win (however small) in their own way without having to put any money down!

Smart move. I only put in a token amount but it's pretty obvious I won't make back what I put in, even if it turns out not to be a traditional scam! It's designed to make you think you are earning whilst in reality you are losing. In dollar terms (as you invest) I've made over 60% of my initial stake back, yet in btc (which is what I actually invested) I have received less than 25% of my investment back!
Thanks for the invite to the gathering. I would love to come, however I am in the process of moving house so Iam unlikely to make it. I'll try harder for the next one.
