Investors in Texas who have existing accounts with non-zero balances are able to continue using the site to trade and withdraw funds until further notice. I would probably move most of my funds off this platform, but more so because I think Texas could try to seize or freeze the funds, I think BitConnect will still be around for awhile. They still trade top 50 volume daily and let's see what happens with BitConnectX ICO January 10. It will either skyrocket like never before, or be shown to be the paper tiger everyone claims...
