I think the fed wants the dollar to continue to be THE safe haven currency because its their game, their keys to the world and they are in control. They are planting the seed in the minds of the sheeple that cyrpto currencies are associated with criminals and bad. Even crypto currency sounds bad. "SHEEP, NO!!! Crypto Bad, Dollar good."
