Yup, this has been going on for years. It's nothing new. It's unfair of course, because spoofing is a means of deception, which is why it's illegal in the stock markets. But being illegal in the stock markets has been meaningless, because it's been going on there for decades too... and continues to this day. The 'regulators' are implicit in the criminality in that they ignore it.
