Few schools in New York City including The Montessori Schools of New York started to accept Bitcoin as a payment for student tuition. The Montessori Schools of New York have long traditions of high quality education programs, encouraging students to show their creativity and individuality. After numerous requests from "Silicon Alley" located parents wondering if they can pay almost 40000$ study fee with Bitcoins. Administration of the school had a very detailed discussion concerning Bitcoin as a payment option and finally decided to include it as a payment method. Some parents were worried about accepting Bitcoin, telling that it might be used for criminal activities but the Head of the school and it's co-founder Marco Ciocca dispelled this myth and used a chance to educate parents on cryptocurrencies.
