@promobot is doing what randowhale had...scamming by using delegated SP to wage personal downvote campaigns!
Only 10% of that SP is delegated and the few people delegating to it are being compensated directly for the manual curation I'm doing with it.
Along with having a self-vote rate of about 30% I provided ~99.9% of the 31,435.77 USD worth of steem to @devfund from my vote.
I Recommend @upmewhale and @themoneytree!!

I'm in talk with @fulltimegeek and a few others to agree to stop flagging should you upvote only 7-8 piece of content a day instead of the maximum of 10.
Did you ask @ranchorelaxo what he's thinking of this whole issue?
