Tutorials are on all his posts...even this one. Look right above "Follow me on Twitter for Real Time Alerts!!" just above the beginnings of the comments.
He does however recommend a book that is $90+, but if you do your research on Amazon, you will find a cheaper and higher rated version in it's 5th edition with basically the same exact content.
