What is GoMining?

GoMining is virtual bitcoin mining using NFTs to represent a share of their real-world asic bitcoin mining operation.

While you can get started for free, you can't actually withdraw unless you first purchase your own miner.

I currently have four miners, and just got a greedy miner today. Greedy miners are no longer sold and can only be purchased through the second hand market, but come at a premium due to their unique upgrade feature.

You can use your miners to solo mine and get predictable rewards, or you can join Miner Wars and compete for potentially more rewards. Miner Wars allows for complete passive mining, similar to solo mining, but you can also buy boosts to increase your chances to win blocks.

I started a new clan today called Block Bandits and looking to get it to #1 clan in our league. Miner Wars allows you to earn bitcoin via the clan rewards, but any blocks you mine gives you personal rewards.

At this point I am up to 1714.20 TH and plan on providing the backbone for the clan's block rewards.

You can then switch from solo mining to Miner Wars and find Block Bandits in the clan list.

If you keep enough GMT (Gomining Tokens) in your account to cover one year of maintenance, you will get 20% discount on the daily fees. If you plan to do this, you can lock them for a decent yield and have voting power to decide how funding is distributed.

I am voting for Greedy Machines as this will increase my miner's power each week.

I plan on selling three of my miners when BTC hits all time high so I can focus my power on my greedy miner as the weekly growth is a percentage of it's current power.

Some tips for gomining.

• Paying maintenance with GMT will yield as much as 20% discount
• Reinvesting to GMT will auto convert your bitcoin rewards to GMT giving you more tokens to increase your discount
• Reinvesting in TH (power) is not ideal when bitcoin isn't near all time highs
• Locking tokens to cover maintenance will give you weekly GMT to cover around half your maintenance while generating some bonus tokens.
• Remember to service your miners daily (push a button) to maximize your 3% discount.
• Upgrading your miner to 15 watts will reduce your fees and give you a better return.
• Switching to Miner Wars is best done as close to but after midnight to avoid missing a days payout.
• If you lock tokens, you can use your influence to vote where weekly rewards go.
• Rounds can be as short as 7 seconds or last a few hours.
