definitely bitcoin will go nowhere if its massive scaling and fee problems arent solved... nowdays it is far from being the "digital cash" satoshi worked for..

If I’m not mistaken, I think bitcoin only accounts for like 1% of transactions. It has a long way to go before it is a currency rather than a speculative asset.
2018 year of the alt I think even if it hits 100K you will still see more profit in alts!
There is absolutely no limit to the heights bitcoin can reach. Adoption is still quite low,I expect 2018 would be an even stronger year for bitcoin. It should be everyones personal goal to own at least one bitcoin as soon as possible.

People are predicting BTC to go beyond$100,000 in 2018 and here I am who thought of buying BTC when it was $300. And now I just watch people making money for it.
BTC will die soon. BTC is HEAVILY controlled. The same people who controls it -forked and also created BCH. Now they control double the amount of people's money. More and more people leave BTC because it just SUCK.
The Bitcoin will not reach 100,000 in 2018, which I am sure is that it is rising and is a very solid currency; but there are also other very good currencies that are gradually positioning themselves and that is not going to let the Bitcoin reach that amount. regards

If you told me this last month, I would believe that it is possible seeing the success track of bitcoin. However, with the new tax bill that got passed by the Republicans bitcoin gains would be affected because of the taxation.

Well bitcoin is over. Bitcoin is like Dalton's atomic theory which will be remembered but of no intrinsic value associated with it. Fees, speed and privacy are three factors preventing the speculated boom to ever happen. Altcoins are the future and ripple and ethereum are going to stay at least in recent future. Thanks.
With lightening network almost ready, fees and time will be resolved, and atomic swaps with litecoin and others, things will be ok for bitcoin
No one wants Ripple, Ripple is digital money for the banks, didn't we already do that.

I believe by the mid of 2018 we can find the value of bitcoin around 30,000$. At the same time i believe new comers like Ripple , Bitcoin cash will also reap more rewards.

It could, or could go back under $1000. No one knows. Bitcoin has some issues that haven't been solved yet. Blockchain to stay, Bitcoin, not so sure. If more and more countries crack down on exchanges, will make a lot of speculators nervous.
