@hilarski started thinking in advance. What am I going to do when btc phases out?! I'm relatively newer to bitcoin, so reading everyone else's opinion only confuses me more. So far I've learned stay away from reddit, find the facts. What is BIP 148?

BIP 148 is a user activated softfork of Bitcoin. The Bitmain team apparently does not approve. There is plenty of info online explaining it. I am not that well versed in it.
