Yeah, i understand. People that are giving him flags are in disagreement with his reward earnings and some also disagree with his content.

I start to realize that there is some sort of flagging war happening here and it seem to backfire on regular users a little bit to much.

Yes, that's right. Some people prefer to stay away in case the comments or flags backfires at them. Also some people think there is no issue to deal with.

i still need to learn more about what is and how it works, the Reward Pool. and if this account @haejin is really draining the pool.

I think the concept of the pool is that you can get upvotes (sbd's) from it but also there is a need to give others upvotes (sbd's) . i will give it a read again tonight (to the whitepaper)
