    You rock! Did my first 24hr fast :) I do a 16-18hr fast couple times a week but never did a 24hr. Thank for your inspiration.

        It wasn't to bad. Till 2020 I will join you in a24hr fast one day a week.

          My advice is to build up to a twice a year 72 hour fast.
