There is no doubt that Theresa May will use anything to try to regulate & control & push her agenda, but what she say about regulating internet is laughable. It shows the people in charge don't really understand the realities and complexities of how the internet works,.

If people want to get around restrictions they will find a way - VPNs, TOR, Tails, PgP, anon coins like Monero, etc.
