@nkkb to @ snars2017 Thanks for info. However nowadays all exchanges including Kucoin are facing bitcoin and eth congestion. I recently tried to draw eth and it took me a few days to receive my coins. Wonder when will this be over.

STOPThe last time I received a dividend was last December 28 and nothing for January. What about you? Could it be that they sent it in the form of other coins?
you can email support regarding that, maybe it is due to the recent upgrade that they have.. how about your KCS bonus, me it is just fine.
Yes I already sent an email and received an auto-reply after 3 days with no resolution yet. If the bonus would include bits of random coins, I am noticing that I am getting some of those.
Can Americans participate in Kucoin??? I am interested in it but I heard if you live in American you can't trade on Kucoin exchange... :(
