Very interesting that he will only accept cash, cert. check, and BITCOIN! That says so much!

I am a little concerned with the price run-up as late. There does not seem to be much supporting it other than euphoria. IMHO, there are two things that need to happen in order for bitcoin to really take off. 1) there needs to be more outlets like Coinbase that allows you to turn crypto into cash and 2) a major retailer (e.g. Amazon) needs to start accepting BTC as payment.

If those two things happen, the I really think 10K, 50K, or even 500K is justified,
