Cloud Mining, is it legit?

As i was thinking to start investing on bitcoin, i thought it would be easy to earn money by just buying a bitcoin and rent some hash power on cloud mining websites. There are only two Websites which are hyping up that cloud mining is more profitable, but they are not talking about the fees they are taking for maintenance costs. I really don't have good money to invest and i'm from India, we are the second biggest populated country in the world with 1.324 (2016) billion people and only 10 million people know about cryptocurrencies. There are only 2 fully running websites and apps which indians are able to buy bitcoin and the funny part is we can only buy bitcoin we cannot buy any other altcoins. all of this aside and coming to cloud mining companies right now there are only two legit companies which are providing cloud mining services which are Genesis-mining and Hashing 24 proved to be legit. If you type cloud mining on youtube search bar you will see only two companies Genesis-mining and Hashing 24 saying that they have been making profits with cloud mining. yes you can make profits but first you have to get your returns back after that you can make profits. here is the trick they cost some maintenance fee to maintain your hard ware and some electricity bill and all that stuff. If you invest and buy 100 usd worth hash power if you make a simple calculation it takes 1 week to get 2.24 dollars, and it takes one year to get your invested return, Hold on for a second if the hard is not able to mine the maintenance fee then the next second your contract will be no longer existed. this is not fair at all and the maintenance fee must be decrease and they should give some time to pay the maintenance fee and allow hardware to mine. All i want to say is it is hard for low investors to upgrade hashpower and it takes time.
