Why will some people go to jail for using Bitcoin

Because they do not pay taxes.

Paying taxes has its place. We must give to our governments what belongs to them. I know, some of the money maybe used for personal gain, but that is not my problem. That is the problem between that person, and God. Your duty is to pay taxes. Taxes are good for many things such as repairing the roads, paying for public service, fire departments, police, etc, etc.

The most important reason we have to pay taxes is a God command. Look at the Bible the Book of Mark 12:17.
"Give back to Caesar what is Caesar`s and God what is God's."

Some people will go to jail for using Bitcoin, or any other cryptocurrency simply because they KEEP all of the money they make. Because cryptocurrency can not be held by goverments people are happy about this, but this hoarding mentality is the root of all evil. Keeping it all is bad because we humans are to contribute back to our societies. We have to be good citizens.

Give your governments (Caesars) their taxes and give God (The Creator) His 10% because this is good, and just.

If you respect the law of the land where your feet stand on, you land will respect you. When you do what God tells you to do, you will have more in plenty. Read Malachi 3:10

"...pour you out a blessing, that there should be no room to receive"

You WILL have more, when you give back to Caesar, and to The Creator what belongs to them.
