So why do you even need the site then?
Just tell the people this:

"Give me money and then ask someone else to give money to you.
I know it looks like you are loosing money, but when someone else gives to you, you will get more."

From what I understand it seems that the only actual service this site provides is to keep track of the names of people who donated.
By sending you money, I get registered in that list.
And that's it.

One can beg for small transactions even without such a site.
The only difference is that you are trying to convince people that they will earn by giving to you.
