Wallet - Bitcoin-Qt V 0.8.3-beta
My Comp OSX 10.11.6
I had an old bitcoin wallet that is out of sync. I wanted to move the funds from their to a multibit HD or something with simplified validation as Bitcoin-Qt is going to wear out my laptop fans.
Left it on to sync took over a week. It was almost there when there was an error and it needed to reindex blocks on disk. Basically the sync process all over again. It almost completed then started reindexing again.
Is there anyway I can safely move the funds to another desktop wallet without syncing first?
