The lawsuit claims Australian tech entrepreneur Craig Wright wrongly gained control over "huge amounts of bitcoin that would be worth over $US10 billion today".
You may recall in May 2016, Wright claimed he was the true identity behind Satoshi Nakamoto — the mysterious bitcoin founder. His proof didn’t stand up under expert scrutiny and was dismissed by experts at the time.
Now the family of Dave Kleiman, his dead former business partner alleges that Wright forged documents to claim sole ownership over bitcoin and other assets.
“Various documents including private emails and transcripts from 2014 Australian Tax Office meetings with Craig, his counsel, and his accountant evidence Dave and Craig owned and controlled over 1,100,000 Bitcoins,” the lawsuit stated. Read More
