I would say there are quite some people still on the fence to get in. Unfortunately a lot of exchanges have stop new clients and even more are waiting for their verification process to be accomplished. The moment those hurdles are taken, there is a lot of fresh new money from average investor coming into the market. And the Bitcoin is what they are going to purchase first, since it is the most "stable" and well-known crypto currency.
