Thank you for the post on the free coins. I have my NEO in the NEON app. This the official app they released on GitHub. I bought them as ANT shares in Bittrex on the open market, so not from an ICO. Are the free coins only if you bought in their ICO? By the way, I'm not trading at all my NEO. I have them at $0.26.
