Scottish Football Team Establishes Sponsorship Deal with Bitcoin SV

Though the mass adoption of cryptocurrency is fairly far away at this point, there are still many ways that the market is connecting with other industries. Recent rumors alleged that TRON and Liverpool FC were teaming up, which ultimately were shown not to be true. However, it looks like the new partnership between Bitcoin SV and Ayr United is real.

Ayr United, a football team in Scotland, has just signed a sponsorship deal with Bitcoin SV, according to a report from Finance Magnates. The actual deal was signed with CoinGeek, which is owned by Calvin Ayre. Ayre has made much of his profits with the gambling industry, though he is more popular in the crypto industry for his support of Bitcoin SV. He has also been connected in much of the drama surrounding Craig Wright as the possible creator of Bitcoin.

With the sponsorship deal, the football team will end up featuring the Bitcoin SV logo on their shirts, offering subtle exposure to the entire cryptocurrency industry. With the tongue-in-cheek attitude of Bitcoin SV, the new shirt was promoted by painting it onto Charis Lister, a model, and dancer.
