Bitcoin is facing lots of technical issues and users ae concerned about it that developers have to address, otherwise other altcoins like Ethereum will take a big portion of BTC's market

I totally agree with you. Bitcoin's portion will go down. However, I think the main reason is the dramatic development of other coins than bitcoin's issues.
Every coin will face issues when develop bigger.
Future will show the true survivor(s)
