Banning bitcoin.... a non-physical thing..
I should start an exchange in Switzerland that holds btc in physical wallets for people in places like Moracco.
If you own a bunch of a commodity or a type of security in country X but live in country Y where it is banned that's tough cheetos for the gov in country Y.
You can't ban people from owning stuff in the other country short of an embargo/joint agreements.
A good example would be someone going to Cali and buying weed and leaving it at their Cali place and then Airb2bing the place and letting the tennents have the weed. Also for arguements sake we'll assume you have a license to sell weed in Cali.
You right cant ban people and there s many solutions but in country like Morocco , they not have even 80% freedom on internet, they watch every mosquit will it fly.
