From Russia's influential bankers and bitcounters , Sberbank President Herman Gref reiterated that Krypto paras is against the ban. Russia's largest bank, the general manager of the Central Bank of Russia, has called for officials to be patient, even with the regulation of the non-central exchange in these days, when the Russian authorities have significantly softened their hostile attitudes about the money.

According to Russian news agency TASS, Sberbank CEO Herman Gref, Russian and finance officials said that krypto funds and blockchain technology should be more tolerant. Herman goes one step further to understand the krypto Currency exchange, with any arrangement to be done to go back should be considered and calculated thoroughly.

Before attempting to organize it, blockchain technology and krypto money are important to be sustainable, Gref said, adding that it is necessary to tell people that krypto money is not built on a virtual and empty ground, but is now dangerous, like Lotto and Casino. It is likely that retail investors and citizens are referring to the rising Crypto currency values that have been installed in 2017, adding that they should not be banished because it is a wonderful new technology that no one has yet grasped.

Gref says bankers are doubly opposed to prohibitions in financial technology. In the middle of 2016, shortly after the Russian Ministry of Finance announced that it would impose sanctions on bitcoin investors and that it had made it clear that it was holding a small amount of bitcoin and that it was against the ban. The Russian Ministry of Finance suggested that those holding bitcoin be sentenced to seven years in prison.

The following year, Gref addressed participants in a training project jointly organized by Google and Cyberbank ,saying that bitcoin had traded and enjoyed it, but would be part of our lives in the future.

Sberbank is also a member of the hyperledger project, led by the ethereum Enterprise Alliance(EFA) and the Linux Foundation, working groups trying to use open source block chain technology in two major Blockchain associations and enterprise and commercial applications. A year ago, Gref predicted that commercial block chain applications would emerge in 2019.

Indeed governments should be patient of the issue of banning cryptocurency. The digital currency should be embraced by all as an electronic money and part of our lives to be. It is the future of the world's banking and electronic transactions.
