Great post, I'm with you I choose option 2, Is it possible that all this news from China is being released on purpose to bring the price down so the Chinese Government can buy up as much as they can? or maybe the Chinese Government have plans to open their own exchange for Bitcoin. Thank you for taking the time to read it!! As for your take I wouldn't be surprised. Remember NEO is China based and is lauded as the Chinese Ethereum. Getting rid of exchanges and not killing off the over the counter places gives them regulation power and more power overall.
