There is a movement around Bitcoin. The SEC ( US.Securities and Exchange Commission ) is making a report on regulation again. US Major assets manager are interested in Bitcoin. This is why we've reached a rectangle lately. (And everything is slow)
News should come around the 10th of August. It could lead to a bull market or bearish market following the report from SEC.
Also, Tether is increasing its stocks: If the report is positive it should be really interesting. Big investors could enter.
