I am not at all a ctypto expert, but how you can say "never" in so volatile area ?... I don't get it.
All I know Bitcoin was over 17000 Euros in December and 5300 two weeks ago. However its actual price is a lot higher than 2 years back. Going up again, but who knows ?...
