I agree with this idea; however, I would caution that defense is a necessary part of creating a separate country.

At a smaller scale, Uber has a team to attack Lyft's properties.

Moving up in scale, the US has a team to attack and steal the gold from any country without a central bank. I'm thinking the island will reject central banking, thus, they'll need to defend against the world's greatest killers... :/

Love the idea though! I'm idealistic and truth-seeking to a fault. :)
