That means they were selling on perfect spikes more or less. That wasnt hard as most ICOs got money way before december 2017 so could just dump on the ATH to get USD value and still keep loads of coins.

This can mean they will dump more or that they keep it as believe in next bull run thats close.

Hi @kingscrown - just wanted to let you know guys that Bittrex resumed SBD/STEEM deposits and withdrawals.
I think the Devs are waiting for a recover of ETH price before continuing their sell.
Does this means we should get some Ethereums now?! What do you say?!

Well, this is to be expected. After all, it's not like they could go and pay the developers/marketers/... or any kind of employee for that matter with ETH. They just wouldn't be able to live off of that, yet.
