Dogecoin was created as a joke and it is been created by big numbers far bigger than bitcoin numbers and that make it have almost no real value compared to bitcoin that will only have 21 million coins and the fact that bitcoin numbers is limited to that makes it has more value , so to answer your question i don't think dogecoin will take of but bitcoin it could even go beyond 10000$ @ 2020
