Agreed although what they announced was that they would be creating Binance chain. Not an ICO (https://support.binance.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001668872). I'd wait for next quarter at this point based on its current levels as it has seen a near 3-fold increase the past few days already. But this is a good time to observe and plan a strategy for the next burn event.
