Recovering? I think it was already recovered... Compare the price of the Bitcoin last year 2017 month of June to October, and you will see how bitcoin grows! Is it amazing? Soon it will increase again! At least now, SBD and STEEM have a big value not like before? Am I right? (^_^)

Yes BTC prices are currently higher than June 2017. But the rate of growth of adoption is not right now . And uncharacteristically it has stayed declined for a long time. It could very well recover soon.
The point this article is making is that if it does not recover, that recovery and the increase we have seen since that low of around $6,000 is unlikely to be sustained.
This should be put as TL;DR version.
