Customers continue to file complaints against the Coinbase stock exchange
The new report explains the growing number of customer complaints about servicing the US crypto-cash companies.About it informs Coindesk.
According to the Bureau of Consumer Protection of the US financial services (an agency that processes consumer complaints against companies), the online student loan market of LendEDU revealed that this year the Coinbase currency exchange was severely criticized.
In total, Coinbase received 288 complaints in 2017, which is markedly different from the seven complaints received in 2016.
As previously reported, to improve the quality of customer service Coinbase was going to use recent funding.
"Over the past six months, Coinbase and GDAX have demonstrated unprecedented growth, and therefore our systems are working at the limit.This has a negative impact on customers, "the company spokesman said.
However, Coinbase is not the only company to which complaints are constantly filed.In the Bureau, 277 complaints were filed against other crypto-currency companies, as LendEDU discovered, this number could increase to 400 by the end of the year.
In general, the data points to a growing number of complaints about crypto-currency companies, which this year encountered new users due to the fact that Bitcoin constantly set new records
