What is happening to bitcoin... someone predicted this on June 30th 2017

Bitcoin is being sluggish, I honestly have not seen bitcoin this bad.. this is a pretty bad situation for bitcoin at the moment, I have a couple of theories on what is going on.

1.Bitcoin has a problem with unconfirmed transactions, 280k last week: this is a problem for all those who send bitcoin, it is taking way too long to transfer bitcoin, this is a huge problem for all those who care about efficiency: on top of it, huge fees to send bitcoin.

2.There is an author who predicted this situation with segwit2x not going thru and the potential bitcoin to bitcoin cash flippening: Honestly I believe there is a :"saving" of the Bitcoin brand going on at the moment. If bitcoin does not change to bitcoin cash, I truly believe that in the coming months bitcoin lose its reign as the top cryptocurrency.

Here it is the guy who predicted this specific scenario last June 30th 2017: https://pastebin.com/n0aGBMQr

  1. There is nothing wrong with all this investors and groups trying to save the bitcoin brand: new technology is emerging and there is one way to keep bitcoin reasonably competitive: Pour all the money from Bitcoin to Bitcoin cash, then remove the "cash" from bitcoin cash.

  2. I would hedge my money with EOS, ETH and Bitcoin Cash, just in case... on top of all your other diversifying.

Honestly, I don't see bitcoin going up over 20k without losing serious credibility, too many transactions fees, and too many unconfirmed transactions.

If people are prideful enough to keep bitcoin the main brand, they will need to do something like ASAP!!!

No one knows who is going to take over, but if they don't get it together, ethereum will and eventually my lovely EOSmaxresdefault.jpg

I 100% agree with you. As more and more people become familiar with crypto in general, you will see a trend of folks moving away from Bitcoin. A lot of new comers are a lot like the gold rush days. They didnt know how to extract the gold, but they all wanted a piece of the pie. Its what we are seeing with the influx of everyday people.

The more people become accustomed to crypto, the more people will venture out in search of a more profitable and modern coin. I personally cant see Bitcoin passing 100k like a lot of people are claiming. I think the competition is ramping up and people are realizing theres more to this than huge fees and uncertainty. Not to mention its so slow and not as secure as other options. We also must consider the already rich holders who have nothing to lose. If they catch on to a downtrend they will dump.

I want to see all crypto succeed, there is no competition only opposition. I hope Bitcoin can hold on for a couple more years until crypto is more understood and respected.

EOS is the future imo. There is no reason it shouldnt be.
