How can I get the fiscal MCO card
And is it working with regular atm in the world?
I don't understand the question. Fair relative to what? Was BTC at a fair price when it was >$19,000? It depends on a lot, like supply and demand, institutional money entering the market, global adoption, use, becoming a global exchange currency, it's blockchain technology creating massive utility and security, it's ability to push the world toward more decentralized applications, etc.
