Good point. I think we are as well, the question is how long will the bubble last before it bursts? I happen to think it has a lot of runway out in front of it...

Yes, I think so. As in all bubbles that have occurred in history, nobody knows for how long it will last.
Yep, we never know until it is over... man I wish I had a crystal ball ;)
