BTC is not based on debt, i see there is a confusion among different opinions in Islamic leadership.
This opinion is 1 year old, i am not following if it has changed or not, but based on the number of Islam followers, this should be decided sooner or later. Just like which direction to pray if you are on the International Space Station. It has been sorted and fixed.
