Why Substratum (SUB) is my pick for Feb

In the age of Net Neutrality, the world needs Substratum!

They will be having a interview on mainstream tv within the next 1-2 months (Found in the Reddit SUB thread) and they should have a working product by then!! (IDK why else they would go on TV without a working product).
So lots of things to look forward to!! Yes we have seen this coin go from $3+ down to its current state but the ENTIRE CRPYTO world is in the same state so ill keep buying at this amazing discount and look to the future! I have very high hopes for this project, the devs are active on the boards, putting out GREAT videos (link here - https://www.facebook.com/122105501692179/videos/157688784800517/ ) explaining the goals and reasoning behind Substratum, and if theyre able to deliver 2018 is going to be a HUGE year for them!!
