Too bad, it's too late to upvote this post. It certainly spurs discussion. I especially like the comments about always having unbelievers. As always, a great proportion the risk-takers and the 'doers' -those who are determined to have a piece of the pie win. Doubters hardly ever get any rewards for not taking action.
