If you happen to be powering down, cancel it before delegating. Then delegate using this site:

Here is an alternative way to delegate SP.
Simply replace 'ABC' with your username, and 'xxxxx' with steem amount

To un-delegate at any time, simply use URL below. Replace 'ABC' with your username. It'll take a week for Steem Power to return back to you.
