One Of My Favorite TV Shows is Going to Bring Bitcoin Mainstream.
The date of Episode 9 of Season 11 Airs on November 30th, 2017. The Big Bang Theory is unlike any other tv show. Due to its viewers being younger and tech savvy this should be a great boom to the branding of Bitcoin.

I really don't care how people learn about the money I use I just want them to look at it in a positive light. For too long the narrative was that Bitcoin was money for criminals. Well, that is changing rapidly. We have seen a whole segment on CNBC dedicated to Crypto and mainstream media discussing it regularly. This is good news for everyone HODLing!
That's definitely a plus for BTC going to Mars.

Since Big Bang Theory is such a huge TV show, they're going to have a lot of influence on how people view Bitcoin. If used correctly, we may see a lot of new people learning about Bitcoin and maybe investing into it. Honestly though, I see them talking about blockchain tech a lot more and maybe using it as payment to either each other or to stores. Regardless, it's going to be an exciting episode!

Yep, and this is good news for the entire crypto world. I don't get why someone would sell their cryptos for dollars. It is obviously that the crypto world is going to increase in value, people who hold and who continue investing these times, before mass adoption are going to have a nice future :)

Interesting. I love the Big Bang Theory, but I am also a bit weary. I believe it's still aired on mainstream media (CBS?) and what I'd be worried about is how they will put it. Are they actually going to use it for good or bad? I mean, if they do something where Sheldon gets into bitcoin but he loses all his money...? I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Dear Sir @hilarski best wishes for your upcoming show of 30 Nov it's time to stand for the future of Bitcoin as I am from India and there a very little population actually know what Bitcoin is and what is the basic technology Blockchain behind it? As well as our Govt also showing ignorance on it and issuing warning against it's growth and prospected risk of investment if some great economist and volunteers like you do something great for the shake of Btc no matter where it is In India or anywhere is attracting appraisals and attention of most of folks.

A news show on PBS about 2 weeks ago talked about bitcoin for about 30 minutes. I loved hearing them talk positively about it.
I think this is brilliant, because Hollywood and Television has a huge influence over younger folk, whether we like it or not. Some people just don't get the message until it's cool with the "in" crowd. Doing this will make more people view Crypto currency as the "in" thing and open them up.
Frank was telling me about it at my mom's, since my brother likes to watch that show. I don't watch it, but I've seen some episodes and I DO intend on watching that episode.
I am willing to bet that a bunch of people who have scoffed at me or Frank regarding Bitcoin will stop scoffing after that episode and will find it interesting and cool to talk about. We're not going to be all like, looks who's into it now, or anything like that, but we'll be there as their go-to person when they have more questions and very willing to talk to them about the very thing they've been unwilling to talk about. Because that's what friends do.
