Everything is falling into place for last one month. March is going to see recovery and build up of solid support. Reduced fees, positive govt outlook, Great new altcoins.........are things that are going to contribute.
But the truth is that the real reason would be the HODLers' who stuck to what they believed in and they are the one's who are going to reap the most benefit from it all.
