If you go to whattomine.com, you'll find a list of coins with links, and you can click the link for Electroneum, which will take you to its website, where there are download links. There is a desktop graphical user interface miner for Windows. You can also find links to the websites for most coins at coinmarketcap.com. Good luck!

great news! the only thing i dont understand is how it is trading? i invested in this ICO and then once it got underway it shut down and had to do a bunch of security stuff. so how can it be traded if it wasnt available at the time?
Well there are folks associated with the team who have been mining it and those coins are getting traded on exchanges. So normal folks like us who put money in the ICO did not get anything yet. I believe the team when they say they had security issues and had to prepare better. I'm not sure if the coins trading without investors ICO getting it first is a good thing, as there was good publicity which made the price go up. I guess we all paid less than 1 cent for a coin and in USD terms it is trading much much higher right now. When they distribute coins to ICO investors there is going to be lot of coins trading and the price should drop down momentarily though, but if lot of folks do hold and wait it should follow the pattern he is describing! Hopefully :)
Aram1231 anyone can mine ETN, not just people associated with the team. The ETN on the exchanges are from mining.

I agree, the desktop mining being possible is what I heard. But I could never login as well to download 'electroneum miner' to my PC as it was only available after logging in. Maybe it was available for a short time, but my guess was that folks part of the team or connected with them were able to access the miner to start the mining process as part of testing work and they were selling the coins in Cryptopia. However [-]piesarkin says anyone can mine, so maybe it is true. I will let him clarify further
Thanks for correcting! My answer was based on what I heard when it initially got listed in Cryptopia. I did not think of regular miners using PC/GPU mining this as I thought it may not be all that profitable at this point. The main USP was electroneum can be mined via mobile phone app and I don't think it is available in app store or android store. My bad!
ok. i havent seen the app for IOS, but I got an email from them today and I think he said in 2018 there should be an app for android and IOS

Any thoughts on longer term. If its jump gonna pump and dump, ill sell as well and buy BTS with it.
Although if looks good longer term, might hold- I dont see enough info for my own experience to work it out...I think this one could go either way

Where can I trade usd/alts instead of btc/alts? If i would of just been trading usd/btc instead of btc/alts i would have double profit :/.
You can on Poloniex and Kraken.....I can't get onto Poloniex so can't speak on it, but using Kraken is an exercise in futility and a test of patience that would cause even Jesus himself would throw stones through the monitor.
BTSdex and Openledger.io allow you to trade to BitUSD, which is actually backed 1:1 with USD, unlike USDT which fluctuates in price. It has a small learning curve, but I'm sworn off all other exchanges at this point. I guess I'll just have to miss out on coins that openledger doesn't support.....and I'm ok with that.....that's how bad Kraken is. Server error 8/10 times you click a link or submit an order.

Yeah I've been hearing a lot about Electroneum recently. Everyone's confidence is starting to rub off on me. I think 2018 will be a good year for it.
Had bought a few etn and been waiting patiently for the re-launch. But with so many tokens given away for free, there is this talk of it being dumped.
I think it will be much higher.
I will have to read more into this coin. I looked at the whitepaper, and it was as impressive as this chart looks now. I will take a small position, and see what it does.
Interestingly, according to Whattomine.com, Electroneum (ETN) has been the most profitable coin to mine for at least the last several days. Thanks for to insight and teaching, Haejin!
Damn, wanted to buy it for some scraps. Chart looks great and their webpage is really professional for a coin that small + some good team members.
