SUMMARY
Cloak Coin (CLOAK/BTC) is putting in the a,b,c,d,e waves of a triangle. This pattern at the end of a Cup & Handle pattern is likely to be on the bullish side. These triangles are usually guided by the position of the e wave position in either the bottom or top line of the triangle. When it sits on the lower line, price propensity is to rise.
The overall bigger picture suggests that this CLOAK/BTC pair should move up given how the a,b,c red waves seem complete coupled with doulbe rounded bottoms. So, if BTC takes a lower low position, that could raise the Cloak/BTC pair. Let's see how the overnight price action plays out.

Any decent technical analyst will tell you that when the flag pattern shows, the price will move, but cannot tell you which way.

you are obviously not a technical analyst. The prior Trend and the direction of the flag tell you with 99% accuracy which way price will move. How about studying TA before making obnoxious comments. Try babypips.com, they explain TA with examples in very simple terms, which I am sure even you will be able to understand.

Cloak had a big correction but it made 3x in one month, I'm pretty confident on it, Cloak team released the code the 1st of January technology is great, it's under the radar right now but 2018 will be a huge success for Cloak 🤙
