SUMMARY
Are you not impressed by the move of BitShares (BTS)? This baby is currently at $0.72 and since my initial recommendation at $0.045; it has climbed 1,500% PROFIT!! To those who have shared in this MASSIVE profit ride, CONGRATULATIONS!! MUCH MORE TO COME!!
Below chart sows how the ascending right triangle decisively breached the upper line and is now relentlessly climbing. The next target is $0.91 and then $1.06 or HIGHER!
Note how the volume declined to a trickle as price approached the apex (the point where the two lines of the triangle cross). This completed the Bullish Ascending Right Triangle pattern. The rationale behind this decline in volume is based on the decline of overall sellers. As price approaches the apex, the degree of price movement contracts because the sellers are getting exhausted. As the Apex approaches closer, there remain almost no sellers except buyers and that is what explodes the price!!

Is it too late to invest into BTS and what prices do we think it will reach?
It's not too late. I am earning with BTS even if the price doesn't go a lot higher (I think it will, though).
It is impossible to tell how crypto will be priced in the future. The best thing is to do your research and make informed purchases. The Market Pegged Assets feature of Bitshares is one of the reasons that I think it will do really well in both the short term and longer term (over a year out).

You can't buy BTS direct. You have to buy BTC or ETH etc and send to the DEX or buy BTS on Poloneix or Binance and send to the DEX.
The way I got started was to use @blocktrades service to convert the Steem Backed Dollars I earned here into Bitshares. I'm still doing that, but I use OpenLedger if the SBD gateway is up and running (sometimes it is down).

The distrust of centralised exchanges is more tangible than ever. Lots of negative posts re tether trex polo etc, etc . Polo now going to be forcing verification, US taxation laws and whatever comes next. Very soon everyone will be actively looking to avoid trusting ANY entity to trade their coins and bitshares has been quietly sitting there getting ready for years.

all cheap coins will grow, depends on how long you gonna wait. @Haejin chooses those coins that have low marketcap and it's pretty easy to say it's gonna grow, then apply as he wants his theories and make predictions.

Find the terminal end to the correction phase. Extend your analysis into the future following the rules and patterns laid before. There are a whole lot of coins that will earn you money, but to find a BTS is to repeat the steps above until you find the needle in the haystack. There are many sharp objects in the haystack, but there are very few needles.
edit: I forget two of the main ingredients. Confidence in your analysis, and the patience and awareness to avoid the fear that comes in the times between the seed being planted and flower coming to full bloom.

Verge down quite a bit today (25%), I could have sold at a slight profit yesterday. Oops, hodling now. :) BTS and IOTA both popped up today, the latter up 20% in past few hours!

I read somewhere that it is possible to earn extra Bitshares if you leave them parked or lease them in the Bitshares exchange, does anyone know more about this?
I got a practical question : On bitshares.org you can buy bts for usd (bit.usd actually). It's a decentralized exchange, I'm wondering if it is worth it to get there with btc, convert in bit.usd, and then buy bts. To withdraw just the opposite, bts to bit.usd to open.btc then out. The point is you have to be verified to deposit/withdraw usd and put your information on too many exchange is maybe not a good idea, the threat of stolen identity is real and that's a huge problem (not saying bitshares.org are not legit, but they can always be hacked, like every other exchange ...). Too much exchange have my ID, picture and address, I do not really like that so how to know some place is really safe ?

You will receive openBTC, through openledger.
Buy BTS with openBTC, there is a trading pair.
BTS is the most fun you can have in crypto, and decentralized, so it is Not like every other exchange.

Using BTS make sense on this exchange even if some coins are like death coin on it, the gap between ask and bid are huge. Just got there a few days ago, maybe after hollyday it will wake up ...

Sure thing. I have been too busy to check their updates, but maybe it will be a success and those upvotes will start holding some good weight! Now that STEEM is gaining value so fast, its a catch 22 with that thing. Pay more to get more shares and more people in, or reap the small rewards and wait for lower prices to pump more into the payouts....choices, choices.

You can get open.usd, there is open.BTC/open.usd pairs. Then you got to be verified to withdraw USD or just change it again for another crypto and withdraw (list on withdraw/deposit page)
