This morning, I had used the below chart to demonstrate an alternate probable pathway and Bitcoin (BTC) decided to take that route!
The a,b,c is classic and vintage Regular Flat (3,3,5) correction. As shown below, the C wave is extending and I've laid out the subwaves for each. If wave C's five subwaves are correct, then there is confidence that the bottom could be near or already complete.
This chart is a high zoom at 5 minute interval and was used to label the subwaves of the subwave 5 of C. This level of subwave labeling adds additional confidence that the bottom could be complete.
There is a scenario for one more lower low as shown below and if so, we could see $15,003 but this is not required. Let's see what happens overnight.

if the complaint is haejin in gaming the system due to @ranchorelaxo votes, isn't that what a HUGE plethora of users, especially whales, are already doing on steemit? There's practically a whole ecosystem built on top of Steemit helping whales juice their steemit numbers.

I'm upvoting the comments of all the people that I see who were downvoted for standing up for @haejin. I was one of the first to comment on that post, it was a bit scary because after months of hard work I've just got my steemit account to really start generating money. I didn't want to jeopardise that, but I couldn't stand by and let those scum trash the best poster on steemit.

What I've come to notice in my less than 5 months of trading is that smaller the time frame, less important fundamentals are and longer the time frame more important fundamentals are.
If you are using 5min charts, the effect of fundamentals are negligible. But if you are going to buy and hold (especially a new coin without much price history) and use a long time frame (weekly or higher) fundamentals matter a lot.
One thing about life is that you live it in scenes but remember it in moments. At least according to my crypto experiences day trading is pretty much just sentiment based. But like anything in the world, facts catch upto feeling, eventually.

I have added a long position arounf 17100 mark bit I missed the entry at 16000 mark as I was sleeping. This is still good becaise this correction was needed for next leg up to 23000 as suggested by you.
The recent btc dump was more a bch effect as it was listed on coinbase so people sold btc to buy bch. Now it is time for bch to correct.

Too late, they pump about every six weeks (last time was Mid November, same effect) - thats all it is, a pump by Chinese Miners (mostly on bithumb), and those who get in too late, lose their money. There's still a good chance to buy bitcoin cheap at this time, though. BCH - I would wait for the next likely pump around end of January, likely together with some news about "Wall Street getting into crypto investments soon"
BCH isn't worth it, I would prefer Litecoin to it anytime, there's just the cognitive dissonance as the name begins with "bit" - just another altcoin really.
However if enough people suffer from cognitive dissonance, it will become their god.
Personally I will just trade bch. I am not selling my long hold btc to buy bch. This is just hype and bch will return to its normal price around 1500 to 2000
If you invested in BCH instead of BTC at launch you would have made more money, it has out performed BTC. BCH offers much lower transaction fees, is faster and doesn't need third party, private companies to scale. Its more than just hype.

The amount of calm that you bring in this mad market is immense. Normally I would have panicked by now. But thanks to you I can retain my poise. I have friends calling me asking " what's happening, is it all going to crash.". And I reply back with a "Keep Calm and trust in Haejin".

People are going to hate that is human nature, don't stress it. It's simple. Providing a better service than a $3000 a year newsletter and getting the voluntary upvote weight of 6% of the total pool requires another few percentage points worth downvotes to "Balance things out"s and prevent "Reward Pool Rape" so that the rewards will be distributed to the "Little guys"s and post about their righteous flags to gain few thousand USD worth upvotes.
It's the commies on steemit you think they know what each person deserve and use their power to allocate rewards as they fit by negating the + votes by using - votes for a Zero sum effect.

Yeah, it's just "manipulation". Surely has nothing to do with being suddenly added to Coinbase, the successful atomic swap of BCH for Komodo, or the 3-4 other pieces of recent or imminent good news for BCH. Or BTC's $15-$20 fees. Or the fact that coins do this everyday, even on no news.

The fees, not so much... I mean, is anyone still SENDING bitcoin ? But the addition to coinbase was of course deliberate and placeed at the exact time when BTC was struggling, for no other reason but to bring down the market and earn some easy money, plus "take over bitcoin the brand" (Litecoin is the better bitcoin cash).
There's after all the dedicated interests of whales around Roger Ver and his fellow psychopaths, the Chinese miners in this play. So much for the assumption that every day news have nothing to do with market corrections, and that they only explain what Elliott Waves predicted.
One could even guess at a deliberate attempt to destroy bitcoin, by first torpedoing the Segwit2 fork in the interest of raising BCH, so that we have two bitcoins with equally 'low' prices, and eventually Wall Street can enter low and then dominate both.
This is what's going on, the timing was perfect, the whale money coming from Asian exchanges no doubt while most of the West was asleep or getting prepared for th night.

Really a great post but you will be shocked to listen that bitcoin has not been a legal currency in India till now. Indian govt are filing case against those who invest in bitcoin.
The actions of the Indian government do not effect the Elliot Wave Count, which is done prior to the news breaking. I would recommend that all Indian citizens consider investing in BTS. Decentralized and anonymous. The government will not be able to track transactions, which means your investments will be safe from the government and you will be safe from the government filing a case against you. An added bonus is that BTS will out perform Bitcoin giving you greater returns on your investment. This is just my opinion and you need to do your own Due diligence.

These Elliott patterns are all over the web, here on steemit and YouTube... Most of the people downvoting you is because you are getting 6% of the reward pool by yourself, reducing everyone else rewards... You post almost 10 times a day getting up to 2000$ daily, that is way more than anyone else here... Some people may see this as an abuse of the system, tough im not involving myself in the downvoting war, you must at least understand why they are doing it...
So @haejin should make an invite only community to share all his quick updates and keep all that free info away from steemit because some people can objectively value the content of other people's profit generating work and still not be a commie.
Getting 6% of the pool reward is not fair to anyone, not even for you... You maybe dont understand how steemit works, if you would, then your perspective would be different...
All his reward is coming just from a few whales upvoting him, not the community ... Im not saying his info are not useful, it may be very useful but still not deserving taking all the reward... This is an issue of steemit, the system can be abused and its been abused, maybe he is not doing on purpose (you cant really control who upvote you, unless you have multiple accounts upvoting yourself, i will assume this is not the case), still this is an issue that should be pointed and addressed to make a more functional social media...
This post has 749 upvotes at the moment. If 700 are upvotes and steemit has 35K active users each day that's 5% of the active user base. The community surely approves. Whales have high voting power because they have high investment in SP. If it's wrong for one whale to upvote a post then it's equally wrong for a bunch of whales to downvote a post.
Your logic is full of holes. Either we should get rid of the weighted upvotes removing the massive effect of whale upvotes (Which would still give a large reward for @haejin) or you just have to accept the voluntary upvotes given by individuals.
Nobody is stopping anyone from getting upvotes. The 700,486 STEEM reward pool is distributed according to the net weighted upvotes a person has received. It's 100% democratic and free market voluntarism.
Nobody has the right to decide who deserve what no matter what commies claim. Anything that doesn't violate NAP is in the right. Anything that is done without violating the NAP is fair and just.
I know how steemit works. I'm no expert but I know it's mechanics fully support a person getting any portion of the rewards based on the weighted upvotes and each person's SP decide how much weight their upvote has.
Steemit is no place for communism.
It still does not deserve 6% of the reward to just 1 person... Number of upvotes doesnt mean anything, most of users just jump to upvote high reward posts for the curation reward, not for the content itself... I agree that no one should decide who deserve what, but thats exactly just what happening here, a few whales are deciding 1 user deserve more reward than other... Abusive downvote is just as wrong as abusive upvote, its the same... Imagine the situation where someone buy enough SP to upvote himself until getting 50% or 80% of the reward pool, that could happen, just someone with enough money have to notice this opportunity and it will happen... This is a flaw and the system and need to be somehow fixed... There many way to abuse the reward pool and in the future need to be fixed somehow...
