Ethereum and Lightcoin definitely deserve better market cap than BTC considering the utility value of both coins. Hope things will turn better for both the coins in 2018.

I think you will see that with time. Early money will move to something seen as “Safe” and BTC has certainly earned that status over the years (not being hacked).

What I meant by 'hack news' is some or other bad news related to security of cryptos in media.
